Fine dining in the bush at the award winning Paperbark Camp.
The Gunyah (aboriginal for meeting place, or place of shelter) is at the heart of the camp. Designed by Sydney architects, Nettleton Tribe, it is a chic space built high off the ground to enjoy the sea breeze and a wonderful position amongst the tree tops.
The Gunyah also welcomes non-resident guests for dinner (bookings are essential) and is regularly recommended in regional food guides in recognition of our commitment to great food featuring fresh local produce.
Our current menus reflect a modern European influence on local grown and sourced produce, and change regularly according to the season.
